Our Solvay containerboard mill, located in Syracuse, NY, is an ISO-9002 registered state-of-the-art, 100 percent recycled corrugated packaging paper mill. This mill utilizes OCC and mix paper to produce clean, smooth, 100 percent recycled linerboard and corrugating medium paper with superior strength and printability. Three paper machines consume over 2,000 tons of secondary fiber per day with a yield loss of approximately 10 percent or less. The Solvay mill can accept railcars from both the CSX and NS rail lines.
Located in the heart of the twin cities, the St. Paul paper mill has been recycling paper for over a century. The mill produces 100 percent recycled corrugating medium paper for the corrugated packaging industry and utilizes several grades of recycled paper including OCC and DLK. This mill’s receiving system allows for both baled and unbaled recycled paper. Two paper machines consume over 600 tons of recycled paper per day.
Our team sources high quality recycled paper with an efficient, supplier friendly transaction system offering a full range of tracking features that ensure full supplier satisfaction. Multiple tracking features include freight bookings, receiving, scaling, quality grading and payment. Our Internet-based Supplier On-Line System (SOS) allows suppliers access to order release numbers, quality receiving reports, pricing confirmations, scale tickets and adjustments. Due to the mills’ favorable locations, they are easily accessible to interstate highway systems that allow 24/7/365 truck receiving.
